Athena Technology is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives. This role is essential in shaping our company culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring smooth HR operations in a fast-paced fintech and blockchain environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or tech-driven industries is a plus
