Athena Technology is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing schedules, handling communications, and coordinating key projects in a fast-paced fintech and blockchain environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute-taking
- Assist with project management and execution of strategic initiatives
- Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of executives
- Perform administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and productivity tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in fintech, trading, or blockchain industries is a plus
