This role is crucial in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company\u2019s financial health in the fast-paced fintech and blockchain industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and payroll<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support audits and prepare necessary documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in accounting or finance roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in fintech, blockchain, or trading industries is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Manage financial records, analyze data, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
